Refund and withdrawal policy
This policy applies to every programme on this site. It is written in plain English, dated, and linked from the fees section of every course page. Last reviewed 23 October 2026.
Cooling-off period: 14 days
You may withdraw from your programme for any reason within 14 days of the date you pay the course fee (or its first instalment) and receive a full refund of the course fee paid. Email [email protected] from the address on your application; no form or reason is required. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
The enrolment fee
The £10 enrolment fee paid with your application covers the admissions review and is non-refundable once the review has been completed, except where MBAVerse is unable to offer you a place or withdraws the programme.
Withdrawing after the cooling-off period
After the cooling-off period, fees for modules you have started are not refundable. If you are paying by instalments you can stop future payments by giving notice before your next module begins; fees already paid for modules not yet started are refunded in full. If you need to pause rather than withdraw, ask student support about moving to a longer duration route, which carries no additional course fee.
If MBAVerse withdraws a programme
If we withdraw a programme before you complete it, you will be offered a transfer to an equivalent route or a pro-rata refund of fees for modules not yet completed, whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund
- Email us at [email protected] with your name and programme.
- We confirm what is refundable within one working day.
- The refund is paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
If you disagree with a refund decision, use the complaints policy.
